Driving home from work and caught the first 20 minutes of it, so didnt even watch any of the Europa games or the masters, and listened to the rest of it on talk sport on the telly.

Not an expert on rugby, but still found it very interesting. Was it when the professional influence went a bit too far, undermining previous norms? Lots of interesting (although, maybe biased) contributions from Brian O Driscoll, Clive Woodward, Nigel Owen, Dallaglio and the player himself.

Even for a general sports fan, would be interesting listening.

He declined to contribute to the programme.

Clive Woodward made it sound like it was a storm in a teacup, but think he's an Ex-quin?
Think you'll find Deano was Leicester through and through.

As for bloodgate.....yes it was very stupid, but a massive shame to loose such a heavyweight of the rugby world like that.

Deano is head man at Newcastle Falcons and has been for a few years now, struggling this season but has brought the team on in lots of areas.

In fact it’s Falcons v Tigers tonight.

Not sure what you mean by “but a massive shame to loose such a heavyweight of the rugby world like that”

Everyone was at it, it was just quins that got caught. That’s not excusing it though.
What I thought was really poor was the way quins threw the player under the bus and wanted him to take full, sole responsibility
