Better than a hole in one...

So I'm playing my second over medal at Dunbar GC. I hit my 8 iron onto the front of the 5th green in line with the flag. Up pops my partner and he flushes his 8 iron right down the pin. I said get in the hole and the ball hit flush on the top of the pin, bouncing up in the air and off the green.

The top of the pin is the size of a 5p. Whats the chances.

Slim but not as good as Jerry Kelly getting a free drop from a tree just because a sliver of a blue marking was seen. Sounds like you and your partner were nailing them today
