Best Golf Boot Camp?

My terrible game has finally got too much for me. This summer I'm going to forfeit the usual relaxation on the beach and enroll in an intensive Golf Boot Camp!

I'm totally flexible about location... somewhere sunny like Algarve, US or Asia would be nice but if the best (and best value) is in the UK, I'm there!

Have you guys got involved in a 3-7 day boot camp before? Any recommendations?

I've googled quite a bit and they do exist, although not many. One or two good looking ones in the US and many, many that look like total charlatans.

Keen for recommendations, after all, that's the only way to get some good objective views.

just out of interest have you had any lessons?

Yep I've had 3 or 4 lessons but being in London and not having a car make's it tricky to get do them... 1hr + commute each way.

I'm thinking a week of intensive golf tuition and playing would be the best thing for my game.

no experience of the academy i'm afraid but the course is a delight with fantastic views - whilst not being too taxing. probably perfect for a short break/golf skill scrub up.

i know the belfry also offer a tuition package over a couple of days too. but if its replacing your holiday what better than some lessons/rounds in the morning whilst HID hits the beach?
