Anybody bought it?
I got the Blu ray disk on Friday, watched it twice now.
OK the storyline is a bit cliched but the special effects are amazing.
And I fancy the blue bird.

Saw it for the first time on Friday and really enjoyed it. OK plot is so/so but above some of the average sci-fi fare that comes out. Effects are simply stunning.

How can it not 'justify the biggest grossing film of all time tag'? Because it took the most money I would guess. That would normally do it.

You need a restraining order. You'll be fancying monkeys next.

And you didn't find Helena Bonham Carter surprisingly sexy in "Planet of the Apes?"

Seriously. There is something wrong with you Murph

Says the man who got home from a moody round of golf and shagged his cat!!!

Murph, nowt wrong with you (except your choice of footwear)...

I've not seen the film. I intend to but I've got to watch all the films I've got on SKY+ like The Italian Job (!!!) and then all the DVDs that I've not watched like the Bourne Trilogy (!!!).

I love films but since the kids come along it's all Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob Squarepants and High School Musical.

I quite like HSM actually...

All together now - "We're all in this together..."

Sweet dreams Smiffy :D

and then all the DVDs that I've not watched like the Bourne Trilogy (!!!).

Don't talk to me about the Bourne trilogy. I asked my missus and daughter to pick me up any of the Jason Bourne's on special offer if they saw them.

Came home a few weeks back. I'd bought the Bourne Ultimatum, my missus had bought...
the Bourne Ultimatum and my daughter had found
....the Bourne Ultimatum.

All 3 in one day on 3 separate shopping trips.

Shame. :)

...dont think it justifies the tag of biggest grossing film of all time.

Definitely not the best film ever, not by a long shot, but still very good and thoroughly entertaining. Not sure I want the DVD though...once you've seen it in 3D on the big screen it'll seem poor on a little 2D screen in the corner of my lounge.
