Are you on the Handicap Committee for your club?

If you are, would you be willing to help me with something that will hopefully be quick?

I understand that EG flags handicap rounds as either Competitive or General Play, and that this flag is visible to Handicap Committees but not to the great unwashed. I'm worried that my club might not be uploading competition rounds correctly, and I don't want this to bite me when it comes to entering opens next year. As I enter lots!

I should have ten 'C' rounds on there since I joined my current club (Thorne GC) in October 2023 last year. Nine of these are at Thorne GC and the tenth was at Bedale GC.

Is there anyone out there who is able to check and put my mind at rest? If so, I can PM you with my name and CDH number.

Thank you!! :)

You should be able to see your full details on your club's system (HDID or Handicap Master etc). Your ISV simply downloads the WHS data directly.

The ISVs do not display whether it is C (competition round) or G (General Play Score). This information is held and is visible on the WHS Portal.

Hi, PM me as I can do it for you. I have a County as well as a club login so can do it.👍
Thank you D-S, that's very kind of you but another forum member has now had a look for me.
It turns out I was worrying unnecessarily, the comp rounds are correctly flagged on EG.

On Masterscoreboard there is a column on the table for recent scoring record which is labelled "competition". It says "Yes" for all mine.
