Best Irons I have ever owned or played with.
I dont know why but they can shape the ball far better than my previous Rac LTs, Tzoid pro IIs and maxfli revolution black dots.
Now, that said you do need to be hitting your irons well to get the best out of these, if you are a high handicapper or prefer Callaway style irons then these wont be for you. The AP1 irons are a good compromise though.
Note these do mark easily though I have avoided this with iron covers as do most owners of them as it keeps their resale value up should you ever decide to sell them on, I wont be but do like my clubs to look well.

Me as well best irons ever played with , have played callaway irons for over 10 years then my local pro got in the titleist fitting cart i tried the AP1's and they felt really good but when i took out the 6 iron in the AP2 they were like night and day , hit them right and the feel sweet even when not hitting them right they still feel good . Well worth the investment , they also look good sitting in your bag

Yup love mine too, got them in Sept fitted with ProjectX 5.5.

It did take me a few months to fully adjust from my Zing2's, but certainly have now, and love the look & feel.

I've not tried them but had a go with the AP1 at the weekend as a mate has a set. Pretty solid club with forgiveness and a good feel. Felt strange going back to a steel shaft and felt heavy but that was probably down to being use to graphite shafts.

I know the AP2 has had a good write up and I'm looking to try them if only to try and get over a long held perception that titleist clubs are no good. It is purely in my own mind and harks back to the 80's and has nothing to do with their quality. I just thought back then that they were an elitist brand and didn't like them and could never "lower" myself to use them. Total fallacy of course but it has stuck and so I've never been a titleist fan. However after the GM driver feature and the write ups they have been given its time for this leopard to change his spots.

I have a set of Ap2's and love them, I originally tried AP1's and thought they where great - playing off 20+ I decided not to try the AP2's until I turned up at the club and realised my wife had the clubs in her car.
I went into the pro shop and they lent me the demo set - I LOVED them from first strike - so forgiving and even I can shape the ball flight. Draw or fade no major problem.

I have to be honest and say I do struggle with the odd strike - if you hit out of the toe or high in the face then dont expect them to go great - but these are only on really poor shots. I have also had a few shan*S from these, somthing totally new to me. But as I say I play of 20+ so I expect the odd crap shot.

I have project X 5.5's and they have a fantastic high but penetrating flight.

Love them!!!!!!!

stevek: Yes i'm liking it, but still getting to know it if I'm honest.
Got to tee higher to get the high ball flight that I could get with my G5, and i'm currently trying to lose a slight fade that has ben plagueing my drives for the last few months.

But, when you get it right....... :D

So its clearly not the Club that needs some adjustments ........early days in the season yet.

i've had mine for about 4 months now and really love them. very good feedback, and a really nice flight that seems to go on for ages, especially with the long irons. still got some degree of forgiveness, i find that bad shots feel worse than they end up, so you know where to make ammends without being really badly punished. a good set of bats, but what suits me, may not suit you. try as many sets as you can.
