If so, which epoxy did you use?

Did you use the glass beads as well?

Just bought Craw's Javln FX shaft and a G10 3 wood off a mate (which has a reg shaft) and wanted to pull the Ping TFC and stick the Javln in.

Any advice would be warmly welcomed.

Thanks in advance.

My advice is get a pro to remove the shaft, especially since its a graphite shaft. Its easy to remove a steel shaft yourself but I would seriously recommend that you use a shaft extractor for a graphite shaft.

Glass beads will not be required for the Javln shaft, its a 0.350 tip and will fit in nicely to the G10 head.

If the pro is removing the old shaft I cant imagine he'll be any more expensive to fit the new shaft, its just a good dod of Araldite!

Need anything else just PM me. Or Bob, after all he is PGA qualified.

Bob,

What would you use to roughen the shaft and hosel.

Sandpaper on the shaft, but what for inside the hosel?

If my Pro can do it for a tenner, of course, all of this is redundant as I'll pay him to do it, but I'm not sure he offers this service.
