Anyone got the Cutter & Buck 'Water Resistant' Trousers?

I don't own any proper waterproof trousers since I try not to play in the rain if I can help it, but a pair of these might be worth getting, if they do what they say on the tin. Anyone got them and are they in fact resistant to water or is it all lies??

Not trousers but I bought the C&B water resistant jacket.
It was 100% polyester so became very damp inside negating any benefits.
The stitching was quite poor and has no been relegated to garden wear.
