Course available, includes BIG hotel (nearly).
great location, year round temperatures rarely falling below 24 deg,

almost finished and they ran out of money,

cheap local grounds maintenance

close to soft sandy beach (keep HID happy),

the sea really is this colour!

this one is in Fuerteventura,

I've recently heard of two more proposed new courses, well one in build, the other at the planning permission stage. trouble is both are fairly close to each other (St Ives and The Paxtons - Cambridgeshire) and to several other existing courses.

The St Ives one is supposed to be two 18-hole courses, one of which is to be holding a championship within 5 years (well that's their plan). They're importing mature trees to speed development and membership was quoted to me 'in the region of £12K'
