Passed away today from a pulmonary embolism.

Music was a massive inspiration for me growing up.

some of his stuff was great, like Primal Scream Loaded and Happy Mondays, but most of the other stuff, wasn't fan of and didn't add to "Only Love can break your Heart" for instance

What a guy. Produced some unbelievable stuff throughout his career. The Boys Own stuff is timeless as the other stuff people have posted. He was definitely unique, think he could be classed as the DJ's DJ - didn't follow trends, did his own thing, stuck to his beliefs, his music knowledge was on another level and he speaks really well when he's done radio shows etc.

Think the telling sign of the man is that people spoke about in such high regards whilst he was still alive rather than just now that he has sadly gone.

Super talented guy. Another 'House' legend has gone.

Remember seeing this on a saturday morning music show and thinking 'what the f☆☆▪︎, that's amazing'.

Seminal stuff.

As was most of Screamadelica.

Reminded that he also remixed this, soundtrack to many a morning after

Was also lucky enough to see him DJ at a few intimate club nights in Manchester where he had free reign and took the place with him.

Sad news, probably my favourite DJ, loved his eclectic style, you never knew what you were going to get.

Seen him warm up for Primal Scream at Brixton Academy, that was quite a night

I think Terry Farley said that his and Andrews show that went out a while ago will be aired again but can't find the link at the moment.
