I'm really starting to like this guy on Sky Sports. I think he talks a lot of sense, clearly still has the knowledge of the players and has a good sense of humour.

Far far better than that plastic faced puppet Simon Holmes. Easily more interesting than Tony Johnstone and Jeff Hawksworth.

Sky could do so much worse than have Andrew on there full time. Thoughts???

Not a bad guy to have in the box,he was certainly taken by Tommy 2 Gloves last night.Would agree he was a huge improvement on Johnstone and Hawksworth but he's gonna be plying his trade on the Challenge Tour this season hoping to make it back on the to main tour in 2012.

Don't like his style. Wasn't a fan when he did the analysis on the defunct Golf Channel coverage and he's got no better on Sky. His delivery is too sharp, he trys to be too witty and I'm not sure he is that insightful.

Twice a winner on tour, played on Tour last season, brother-in-law of Westwood, and he's not "insightful" enough???

Top man who comes across very well....I too am not sure how Homer can say he aint that insightful either......has vast experience and has still got the 'ear to the ground'.

Hope we see more of him and Van de Velde.

Liked him aswell, better than some of the other fuds sky pull in.

Never warmed to him as a player but i think he is great value as a commentator - better than hawksworth by a bus ride.
My god the long winter evenings with him must fly by - NOT !!!
