I received an order from Online Golf today to find their latest brochure enclosed. What surprised me was that it was the Todays Golfer 2010 Gear Supplement re-branded with Online Golf logos. What does that make you think, that gear supplements have no journalistic merit but are simply 1 big advert or is this a clever way of getting your annual supplement paid for?

Wonder how other big retailers feel when the magazine that they advertise in is selling their copy as a massive advertising handout for a rival.

TGs supplement was sponsored by Online golf. Why would they (onlinregolf) not get their moneys worth by mailing this to the customers on their mailing list?

These supplements don't come cheap so any way that they can save a bit of cash in these economic times has to be worth doing.

Must admit you very rarely get a bad review for an item of equipment in these types of supplement, so makes you think.

Btw Greg are you coming along to the Help for Heroes day at Luton Hoo on April 16th? Tried PM'ing you a couple of times but not sure if you got them? I need to finalise numbers in the next couple of days.
