How did your Club do it / how is your Club going to do it during Covid?

Have any of your Clubs found ways around the Constitution to cancel / postpone it?

We did ours by Zoom and all votes by proxy.

The numbers for zoom were limited and you had to request a place.

Not that there was lot to discuss.

Unless there is something seriously contentious we often struggle to have sufficient members to fulfil the minimum number for the meeting many a year.

Normally March for us but allowed to push back as late as June. Currently talking about sometime in May, either in person or via zoom depending on circumstances nearer the time.

We used the clubs You Tube channel - voting online via IG , questions were posed on the channel and also before hand

Zoom. 27 people joined. M & As say 30 required for a quorum but nobody argued.

Had a letter from the chairman about doing an AGM, but nothing mentioned about ZOOM, MS TEAMS, GOOGLE MEET ETC
