usedping.co.uk have a stock of used ping single clubs including 3 irons. I have used them recently and they were really good.

Just have a look on ebay, hundreds of them up for auction/buy it now and prices are generally very reasonable too.

3 irons come up all the time, as folk swap for rescues (I guess). I just bought a bargain one when one came up (new) in a branch of direct golf.
