My son has decided to join what is described as 'An amazing race for the clinically insane'.
They will be covering around 3000 km in two weeks (in January) travelling in what are effectively three-wheeled shopping trolleys powered by a lawn-mower engine.
His team 'aramse' (which apparently means 'no worries' or 'in a leisurely way') is raising money for Frank Water, who install water filtration systems in remote areas.
