Injuries come through overuse- it’s about building up miles gradually and doing lots of easy runs, not just going guts out all the time. Being lighter and stronger also helps. Golf- I was injured with a bad back multiple times.

Hope every forumite is doing well. I think back to lots of meets very fondly (King of Kings; various Forest Pines trips and Gainsborough etc) and many local bounce games.
That said, in all honesty I haven’t had any notion to hit a golf ball since I stopped 4/5 years ago.
