@hickory shaft
Point taken. I re-read the post and there was no suggestion of accepting any cheating.
6inch please accept my apologies. You were right not to accept it from your friend.

So it's ok for your friend to cheat when it benefits you. Winning the club pairs,entering pairs comps all over the country etc. But when he's playing against you it's not. A bit of a double standard? In my book it makes you a cheat as well!
Outside Comp @ my club today. We just got out before & raced round in 2 1/2 hours as a 3 ball. Left plenty of time for a few pints & something to eat before heading back home !! Couldnt do it any other way.
I played with titleist 681 irons for about 6 years...great when on song but a sweet spot the size of a pea. Moved to mp62's and love them. Completely converted. Have my eye on the mp64's at the moment.
My advice would be choose whatever looks best when your standing over them.
A set of titleist 681 blades, mizuno mp33 irons,TM R9 tp,TM R11 tp,TM R11s tp, TM rocket ballz 9 degree tour,about 7 vokeys, scotty newport,some rescues,a three wood or two............the list goes on & on. Thank god for a garage and an understanding wife!!
What a load of codswallop!!rules are rules & golf is all about following it's strict etiquette. This is what helps make it the sport that it is. Those not in favour should maybe take up bridge and moan about the demise of "their" game in the clubhouse.
Another theory would be that if the lower...
They just wear the logo not the actual clothing. The brand is owned by mike ashley who is good mates with chubby chandler. The deal is that any of his stable wearing the logo wins a major gets a million £. Which Clarke did last year.
