That would indeed also be valuable ... no more paper score cards .. I read somewhere that there are places where this exists. A score counter that directly enters data in the digital scorecard, would that be interesting ?

That can happen. It does happen that I forget to click...with a handheld device that risk is less in my experience and overall, I am very happy to have a stroke counter to help me... and many people seem to need one.

Interesting thoughts. I know quite some players that use them actually, not just kids, usually people with plus 30 handicap or people with bad memory like me. It is indeed a matter of focusing on the game and not the counter, hence the value of a simple but high quality stroke counter. Just...

Thanks for the feedback, I also tried this one. Not at all handy with gloves - you need to turn each wheel full circle to reset and mine has several figures that just don’t click anymore - but I like that it has all 18 holes.

That is indeed one of those non digital and fragile stroke counters that I have used

Too many ;) and counting my own strokes is hard enough, so counting as marker also is too much for my brain ;)

Hey everyone, I've been struggling to find a good digital stroke counter that’s durable, easy to read, and simple to use. The affordable ones I’ve tried always seem too fragile or frustrating to operate. Curious—what features do you think are essential for a stroke counter to be truly useful...
