For me its worked well , i work shifts and can't play comps at weekends a fair bit so the ability to General Play cards during the week has given me a true reflection of where my game is . And being a member of a place that has numerous course options with different slope ratings has worked...
Plus 8.4 and over 30 plus handicaps at my home club , whether that is correct remains to be seen but one lad i know is genuinely of plus 6, tough school
Downfield has been in fantastic condition all season and only going to get better with the incoming investment in new equipment , 2 minute drive from the main road that goes thru Dundee which is handy . Scotscraig is worth a shout as well a lot of change going on and only better for the club...
We're only allowed 9 holes in 2 balls per day ,2 tee start first and tenth at 10 minute intervals . I won't play until its 18 holes ,I've done without for 9 weeks and not really missed it to be honest .

No one has any experience in dealing with this situation and no one has had appropriate access to testing , I've worked thru out this whole crisis and only last week we were told we could get a test if needed.

My club is meant to be having a day there this summer obviously now i don't think it will happen for the princely sum of £35, our Kingsbarns day was cancelled earlier this month and that was £30 oh well theres always next year
Being a member of Downfield in Dundee we come under Angus County i pay £17.50 levy of which £3 goes to to the Angus County , I'm not sure how much i pay for being a St Andrews Club member as i didn't see the breakdown .
I'm fortunate enough to have played 7 qualifiers this year , but now the club is closed and they've cancelled all comps for the foreseeable future. But my 2nd club we are still out playing and have very stringent rules which everyone has stuck to , its about common sense and not being stupid ...
