Surely if they did fall off those labels once in the frame, it would be a simple job to take the back off the frame and replace the label. A frame isn't sealed permanently.

How was the handicap commiitee made aware of those swindle scores? At my club, and my previous one, such scores are just kept by the organisers in a book or via a whatsapp group so I doubt that any officials would know, unless they happened to play in that swindle/roll up.

But what exactly is the incentive to improve? In my club there are lots of guys who rarely put in cards and have inflated handicaps. they win or pick up prizes through the season, so what is the incentive for them to reduce their handicap (as I have done!) and lose the ability to win as...

Two for me.......The Disturbed's incredible version of Sound of Silence...... and Heart's live Kennedy Centre performance of Stairway to Heaven, made even more special as the audience included the members of Led Zeppelin, plus John Bonham's son playing drums. Their reaction is very moving.
