It’s only our main Comps thst our drawn, all others are “first come, first served” when the sheet opens(approx 8 days prior) No issue...

If the start sheet is not drawn, I see no reason to prevent people from changing their tee time. After all, it is recreational amateur...

Each Club will decide what suits them.... WHS makes it really easy to check..... lets face it, no H/cap system is perfect nor can it...
