    Taylor Made Irons

Playing parter bought M2 irons from new (after playing Ping for years) less than 8 months of playing twice a week and the 7 and 8 Iron face caved in. Sent back and replaced, 4 months later 8 went again. Replaced with M4 irons, 8 iron head came off after 3 weeks. He now plays Srixon 765’s and...

How far do you live from your home course

Can almost see the greens from my window. Around 5 minute walk from front door to first tee.

    Thoughts on One Length

Moved from Srixon 545’s to F7’s one length and found that my left/right dispersion has improved significantly, distance was not hugely different although the GW goes up to the moon and back! Long irons ball flight is lower than my old clubs but you get used to it and I prefer the longer...

    Favourite Putter?

Favourite Putter is a Bettinardi A02, so good I have two. Will only replace it when I get my hands on a Bettinardi Queen B (will always keep one A02 just in case)

    Drivers suitable for beginners

Have to agree with the Ping G series (25/30/G/G400) superb forgiving drivers. The 25/30/G can be picked up from between £70-140, the G400 a tad more as newer but under £200.

    Ping Driver Adjustment

It is a small weight not a dial. Not for adjusting.

    Putters - how many

Technically 2 although they are both the same putter. Bettinardi A02. Have one and love it so much when a second came up on eBay for a steal I had to buy it. Keep one in the car for that odd time I get to nip to the course for twenty mins on the way home and the other stays in the bag.

    School teachers who golf?

Yep I’m a teacher who plays, in my rather small school there are around 6 of us who play during the holiday and frequent each other’s and the counties courses for a few trips out.

    Boxing/UFC 2018-24

Not the scariest striker ever but one damn big hitter yes. Cain goes to show what major time out of the octagon can do to a fighter, he was one of the best HW’s but is a fraction of the fighter he was. Scariest striker for me would have to be Wanderlei Silva back in vale tudo/pride days...

How you view brands of clubs

Agreed this is indeed Wilson’s problem. That is a nice looking club but will not find it’s way into many lists or in many bags as club marketing is key. Most players I see at my local courses are using TM and Callaway drivers/irons due to the incredible amount of money they spend on...
