cheers for replies,yes it is my short game that has suffered most ( not that it was that great anyway ), but oddly the layoff has helped my drive which is alot straighter and as a result longer. I think i will get myself in for some lessons

Is it as simple as that, i have tried a friends 21 deg hybrid and struggled to hit it straight, i slice it quite bad to the right. But i am quite consistant with my 3 / 5 woods so maybe i will be better off going down the 7 wood route?

Ok peeps, what exactly is the difference between a hybrid and a wood as i am looking to replace my 3 iron as i really struggle with it and have noticed that you can get a 21 deg hybrid or a 21 deg fairway wood ( 7 wood ). what is the difference if any??

I have a taylormade R7 cgb driver which is set with the weights in a neutral position. i am right handed and my drives always arc off to the right slightly. i have been told i may be able to make my drives straighter by moving the weights in the driver head so my question is do i need to move...
