I'll be honest, i really don't worry about beating my partners etc - im normally locked in a battle with myself to either be consistant or better my last score. The lower the better for me.

I just picked up my dads clubs as a kid but really took an interest when injury finished my footballing days 18 months ago.

Thank you for the welcome! It certainly is, it's also nice to be able to have a drink somewhere with standards - nice to have a beer somewhere that isn't full of drunken, foul mouthed idiots. The banter is all there but people also respect each other.
