Why, if you are using HDID, are Course Handicaps being manually calculated? The HDID system will call up the player's Handicap Index - which it downloads from WHS - and calculates the Course Handicap.

if the player's HI was frozen to prevent any upward movement and scores below the frozen HI are being returned, the HI should either be unfrozen to recalculate and frozen again, or a downward manual adjustment may be made.

Ask your committee to consider using the Regular Strokeplay Maximum Score option.

The more common one is 2-3-4 which is best 2 on first 6 holes, best 3 on next 6 and all 4 on last 6. Can also be played as 4-3-2.

Tuesday, Friday, Sunday every week throughout the year, Wednesday 9-holer from April to September, seniors matches, knockouts, away trips - 121 QRs this year so far, have never got round to submitting a GP score.
