No ideas how they do it but certainly don't look like a decent site to me as the contact email address is a gmail one and the contact address is 'West London UK' so I would not be going anywhere near them. I have taken the below quote from their Contact Us page in the Recent Reviews section...

absolutely fine with ours. was starting to show signs of a few damp patches during the heavy rain but once the rain had stopped the kids were out on it in 15 minutes.
