My current setup :)

Looking to DIY a 10 foot or so platform to practice putting on...... The indoor range I go to has a putting green but its about 13 on the stimp which is just not realistic for central scotland. Looking for recommendations on some astroturf that has a slightly better speed and good quality of roll?

I stay in Uddingston as well, small world....Play at Kirkhill which has drained fantastically, greens were lightning quick today!

If you do decide to move on eventually (As I did from playsport) Cannot recommend Kirkhill enough.... Pretty hilly so good exercise, lots of practice at uneven lies and good experience handling windy conditions...... course is in fantastic condition and almost never closes due to excellent...

I guess the main reason is I feel like I am slow through impact and not hitting it out the middle of the face every time..... I only seem to score well when I hit fairways so trying to work on that currently !
