The one on mine at least is simple. Rather than a round hole for the bolt, the hole is about as long as 3 or 4 bolt widths. As mine was tightened at the rear of the hole, pulling the wheel left, i simply loosened the bolt, moved it toward the centre of the hole and re-tightened it :)
