Thanks guys. It seems it is a deadline that nobody is aware of, I will make sure the club informs everyone. As for the info from R&A , now I read it again, I think it is for general play rounds for hcap purposes.

Is there a time limit on when a card should be handed in after a competition? Our club is imposing a ten minute limit after the last group has finished. The R&A appears to be saying you have until midnight,
