had one at Nairn for years was handy at times, but did catch me out a few times when i had games elsewhere and either had to change plans or not play as my clubs were 20 miles away in the other direction. handy for keeping a spare set of cloths in case of a soaking. one of the other downsides...
Got a really nice Albarino from the wine society a couple of weeks ago, really well priced, but went out of stock straight away. every time ive tried to reorder the date its due back in changes, not the price has just gone up £2 a bottle.
ive not played in over a year, TBH im not sure i can even remember how to swing the club.. definitely would not be able to play to my handicap of 2 :ROFLMAO:
a massive flock of common gulls on the Bught park, it had been cut and hollow tined earlier. at least a few hundred. good news they are in big deline and not very common any longer. the ones that nest on our building only produced 6 chicks out of at least 30 pairs
when we lived down south i had these green boxes that ammited a beam and a high frequency sound that deterred cats, it really worked far better than anything else. now we have to mad pointers that hate cats, they come in out garden at their peril.
quite fancied playing there when i visited my brother who lives out there. cost to take the clubs was astronomical at the time. plus the wife didnt want me buggering off to play golf :ROFLMAO:
Lol, we had a jolly a few years ago at Renaissance we stayed there and played it while having our annual matches with Gullane and Muirfield. the practice ground and the couple of chipping areas had piles of brand new prov1s. well they did :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:
a few years ago Nairn replaced its range ball with a a Pinnacle ball, all the tight seniors stole them all to use on the course, used to find them everywhere
not me, my rides are all off road gravel in the middle of nowhere. though most group rides tend to be organised like this. the last fatbike meet we stopped twice at cafe's. i cant think anything worse than keep stopping and queuing for cake and coffee
i think you would also need to take into account which tees they use. ive been to scottish opens and the opens on the first few days when they were nowhere near the back tees, which carry a far higher rating. one Carnoustie open they didn't play the very back tees on some holls until the Sunday
