They are a really friendly bunch, think it's a bit hilly. If you take a plastic cup, they have a holder which you can leave it in and top up at the end of your laps.
Also pretzels, crisps, sweets etc on the aid table.

5.5 mile walk after breakfast this morning. Just to get my steps up a little, only averaged about 10k the last few days. Need to get back running again.
They where sold to me as long run and race shoes. A very good runner as a friend says he races in them.

I've got 4 of the same type of running shoes, I rotate through these so the wear is similar.
A tip a friend gave me always buy one pair from a shop, then by others same type online for cheaper.
Then At Xmas treated myself to a pair of nylon plated shoes for races (London)

Depends what your having, a whole large dominoes pizza is over 2000 calories. A chinese with Rice a main and say spring rolls will be well over 1200 calories. Making the exercise completely useless as such.
Also @Orikoru my coach always tells me not to eat the earned calories, as it’s not conducive to weight loss. Creates an exercise reward link, which can lead to binging. I know as I’d been there
Even when I lost loads of weight, was always away to get a takeaway in and still lose weight.
You have a smaller breakfast and lunch.
I will have a curry, sag aloo and chicken tikka (dry) it's pretty health tbh
Our pro shop is changing owners, so had Pete Millar with club logos on at half price. So got 3 t-shirts and a gillet was an impulse buy but I wear golf polos for work etc
