Friday got my long run in, 12 miles averaging 8:47 minute miles. Not too sure where another 14.2 miles at that pace are coming from at the moment :P

Yeah normally, although I have the occasional naked bar at 130 calories. I put all my 3 main meals into MFP then see what I've got left. Normally 500 odd calories left over so plenty of leeway for a snack in my 2050 calories a day.
5.5 miles on the treadmill tonight @ 10 minute miles, to calibrate the watch. If the weather is rubbish I'll start doing long and easy runs on the dreadmill.
Breakfast for me at the moment is 4 Heck Sausages (Chicken), 2 bacon Medallions cooked in the air fryer. With Scrambled eggs (100g egg whites and 2 medium eggs)
Sometimes add 30g of low fat cheese. all for under 550 calories
Last night was a Tempo session, 1 mile warm up into 2 miles @ 8:15 minute miles. 2 minute walking rest into a mile @ 8:00 minute mile.
90 second walking rest and a mile cool down.
Almost 6 miles by the time I got back to work averaged 9:06 minute miles
I do one or two sessions a week, the sessions I do are pretty intense cardio and explosive strength. If it a class led one, then make sure to let the instructor know of your niggles.
If they are any good they will be able to adapt it for you
