Did 6 easy miles on Xmas day including ParkRun.
Today did an interval session, hit all the reps some quicker then advertised. With the walking breaks 7.5 miles, felt like I’d done a proper session.

Hotspot long run today, 11 miles with 2 x 0.5 mile efforts. Ran with a friend til the last 3.5 miles. Made sure the efforts where In well lit areas as my friend can’t keep up with me on the efforts. Didn’t want her in areas where it could be a little dodgy.

I remember the same but I’d lost 30kg down to 88kg told me I’m morbidly obese.
But could run a 23 minute 5k, 48 minute 10k and a 1;53 half marathon. But yes I was still way overweight
I don't tend to have fluids on a long run unless it's provided in a race. If i'm out for at least 90 minutes I'll take a couple of gels with me to have every 30 minutes or a predetermined distance that I'm running.
I don't like the hydration vests as they just don't seem to sit right on me.
Did 20 miles this morning supporting a friend doing a marathon. She’s been ill and had a stressful few weeks mentally as well.
Average pace of 12:46 a mile, we jeffed up the hills. So was happy to be out and support her
So 5k time trail, was supposed to do it yesterday but wasn't feeling brilliant. So up early this morning, 0.75 mile warm up into a 3 minute walk then into the 5k. The aim was for 8:10 minute miles.
Felt good through 2 miles averaging 8:05, got too 3 miles and kicked on for the last little bit...
So not a good time too mention my 5.5 miles easy run🤪
Lead a club run aiming for 10:30 miles a little slower as a few coming back from injury, always nice for the mental health running with someone. Even if your not chatting 👌🏻
So a broken miles interval session last night. That's the hardest one I've done so far on Runna, not too sure how I hit all the reps but I did.
Ended up being 6.8 miles with the walking sections between reps. So pretty happy to average 9.39 minute miles, session below.

You see i'm the other way around, I tend not to impulse when online shopping. As I can't see what it is I'd impulse buy, like I would in the shop.
Just get what I need and pick it up. Only thing I don't like is not picking my own fruit and veg.
Worst thing our club did was use astroturf for the riveting on our bunkers.
We're on chalk course drains very well, in the summer the turf on top of the astro burns out / Dies completely tried lots of different ideas to prevent it but to no effect.
Got an easy 6 miles in yesterday with a club run.
Then Hyrox session this morning, it's tough but a nice way to start the day.

I was very happy for the rests, although I run a 1k loop around a lake. Unfortunately a little uphill with a sharp turn seemed to be the starting point of some of the reps :(
