Sorry to hear that, someone who I worked with. Had headaches had a scan, found an inoperable brain tumour. Which they think he had had for years. They said the only reason he wasn't dead was due to his fitness. Rode to work every day 30 miles in total etc

2023 increase was 14% and this year was 10%. Expensive increase over the last two years.

I did the first Luton Hoo one, as a member of the HDID forum which Rick was also a member off. Three of us and my Dad played in it. 2013, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 are the other years. So missed a few when I didn't really want to play golf between '15 to '19. Hankley Common the day after...

It's pretty much on a flood plain, with the stream / river flowing through it. Gets very boggy in the winter.
