Rory dismisses Ryder Cup as an 'exhibition'

You gotta ask yourself: If he gets to play in the competition will his attitude change? If he's a competitive golfer then, yes. Early days.

    Wedges Question

My MP60 PW is gorgeous so no replacement req'd. There's no SW in the set that I know of; the rest of my wedges are Vokeys.

    NEW TaylorMade R9 460 driver

Rumour has it the R11 is out soon...(joking apart...who knows?)

New Never Compromise - NEW PUTTERS...see pictures here!

The most important piccie for each is missing, i.e. what they might look like at address. You should ask NC or whoever is on the promo to send you better pix.

    I can Drive after all.......

Perhaps a silly question, but why not try and get the 909 tweaked/refitted?

    Sign of the times?!

It's a shame they couldn't halve the pro's salary and bide their time some more.

Insurance Claim Ok, Now Then, What Do I Spend My £1650 On?

Here's a good chance to get what you would really want in golf kit - leave enough for a padlock or similar, tho.

    The Seventeenth.....

Considering how good the rest of the course is, the 17th was def designed after the lunchtime beers. More about the mind than ability, tho.

    Men who use chippers!!

When I first read this I thought it was another GM comp to win a proper wedge by completing the phrase (a la cereal packet): "Men who use chippers...might as well play with flippers/kippers/zippers etc...".

    Rain gloves?

    Only when it's persisting down.

    Rain gloves?

Been using MacWets for a while now - plenty of call for them in Wales. They are def worth the outlay seeing as they're very durable.

Par 3's - Tee or no Tee ?

At Aberdovey you really need to tee the ball up except for one p3 in winter when the carry is 120y or so. I find I get a more control over the ball from this distance in on p3s. 'orses or courses.

    Tiger and metal spikes?

It's a matter of preference for Tiger but if I didn't know better he might wear spikes and conveniently forget to tap the marks down around the hole on occasion...hmmm.

Tiger Woods - The marmite poll!

Don't like the bloke but as a golfer, well...
