Hello. On the first day of the Wells Fargo tournament McIlroy hit a second shot into the crowd. He re-took it but only had a one shop penalty. I think be took had taken his second but tv showed him re-taking the shot as his third. I have read the rules but I cannot see why a 2 shot penalty...
