New posture update !!!
Well after a week of reading up, taking in all the above advice, watching you tube clips and wafting clubs around the home and office with my back straight I can confirm things are a tad different after tonights range visit :) (no clips im afraid)
Firstly the straight...
It's not just you :D
I dont think I have ever come across a forum that make newcomers as welcome as this site, Golf or otherwise.. and this post proves it.. :)
As a newbie myself (to Golf as well as this forum) I would like to thank the regular posters on here for all the help and advice...
I only started playing last year myself and weirdly my Driver is the only club I'm confident will go straight'ish of the tee, started using it as soon as i had brought it after xmas this year, nothing better for the start of a round getting a nice drive off the tee
Have fun and dont try...
I was shocked by my slack posture to, Gobbing in a hole is not far wrong :)
First time I've ever seen myself swing a club, a bit weird to see (I've watched it over and over since last Thursday for some strange reason??) but at least I now have some things to work on over the coming months...

Does anyone find themselves getting bored playing the same course week in week out, I have a lovely club on my doorstep and aspire to become a...

My wife brought me a cheap driver for xmas this year (Fila Ti driver from TK max) and my first thought was the same as yours, however ive just been using it at half swing and getting...
played my local 9 hole course this morning, with 3 guys from work, Two of them quite experienced and have always beaten me (over the last 18 months I've been playing) And a complete novice, the office banter all week has been of me losing not only to them as normall, but also to the newcomer...
