When a playing handicap is being calculated is the exact course handicap or the rounded course handicap used? For example my exact CH on my home course is 9.5928..... which in a competition became 8.15 (8 shots) after the 0.85 is applied. But 0.85 of 9.5929... rounded, 10, is 8.5 or 9 shots.
