    Losing weight/fitness thread

First session back after a hit and miss few months. Still can't do any dumbbell arm workouts, limited shoulder exercises due to my dodgy shoulder. Did about 30 minutes on the treadmill and kettlebell swings and squats plus dumbbell squat thrusts which were just about manageable. Really feeling...

    Lake District/ Scottish Borders courses

Thanks. We're mid 20 handicappers looking to pay around £40/50pp-ish. Yes I was a little bit weary of how the weather will be over the next few months. Love the Lakes but never played golf up there

    Lake District/ Scottish Borders courses

Possibly looking at a couple of rounds in the lakes in April. Any recommendations? No accommodation booked yet but thinking the Travelodge in Kendal. Travelling over from Bradford so could do a course on the way in and then a course around the lakes or visa virsa

    Losing weight/fitness thread

Went to the gym at lunch time today for the first time in about 2 months. Got this stupid ache in my shoulder through my bicep that won't go away. I tend to sleep on that arm and it so sore/stiff. Using a band to try exercise it. Tried a few dumbbell exercises today but it didn't feel right...

    The EFL Thread

What did you think of us? I thought we were poor throughout the team but you did a great job on man marking Neufville and closing us down very quickly. It might have been a different game if we'd have scored one of Swan's chances in the 1st half. 1st half I thought you were really good.

    Early bird or night owl?

Never in bed before 11 and often up between 5-7. Alarm is set for 6:30 for work and it will wake me but it will normally be around 11-12 that I go to bed. On weekend when I can sleep in I tend to get up earlier than when I'd set the alarm for work!! The annoying thing is my wife can sleep and...
