I'm struggling to understand it myself. I normally carry about 160 with my 7 iron. This time of the year a bit less. Today I had a downhill and down wind 7 iron which I nutted and it carried 150. It just hung in the air. Normal would be hitting a 9 in the same situation (wind assisted).

I had the 710 AP1 with a regular stock Titleist shaft. Not sure 100% on the name of the shaft. But it was definitely regular. Much lighter than what I'm using now.
