What are UU shoes?

My UU shoes are going strong in to their 3rd winter, spent lots of time in the wet rough on Wednesday and feet were bone dry.

Just had a look - at £45 a pair I’d rather get wet feet. And besides, whenever I put a pair of socks in the wash, I only ever get one...

If I can’t find a pair of shoes that don’t need waterproof socks, I won’t be playing in those conditions.

Not for me, messed up an old pair of shoes doing that trick and besides they smell like a sewer after a week or two of being drenched 🤢
