Do as they say mate. You know it makes sense. Build an exercise program into your lifestyle (running, cycling..etcc) and believe me your golf will benefit from it. Personally I don't do gyms but people seem to enjoy the social side of them. If I could chose for you just get out there and run...

Yes they are. There is a big amateur comp at my place every year and some of the + guys shoot double figures. These are some of the best young amateurs in the country that are practising everyday.

Played with a young Pro a couple of years ago and this was his game. there was no finesse. He would launch himself at the driver the same as the lob wedge.
