Yeah correct, same sex / same tees, and the handicaps provided are for the front 9 only so the difference is 7 shots. The difference over 18 holes would be 14 and player B would simply get a shot on SI 1-14

That's right, it's an 18 hole course but the match is just played on the front 9

Yep correct, 18 hole course and there's no 9 hole SI guide, so just the odd SI numbers to use on the front 9 and the even SI numbers on the back 9

In a 9 hole matchplay format, how do you decide on the holes for which one player gets strokes over the other? I've seen two formats used and have no idea which is correct... To help explain, lets set a scenario where player A receives 4 shots over 9 holes, and player B receives 11 shots over...
