Hi John.. Thanks..it is a house overlooking a golf course in Scotland..It is on a site with facilities, i.e. holiday site, but, dont feel that the estate agents up there (ayrshire) really understand the market, as I feel it is a specific golfing buyer, who wants to rent it out for maybe 45...
