Had the absolute joy of West Sussex today. I will never tire of it, just an incredible setting to play golf. Course in the best condition I've seen it and the greens were simply unreal. Birdie on the first and 40 points helps, of course!

you just have to wonder how much better things would be if they'd spent the money that's been spent on VAR on training to improve the referees. they're simply not good enough for the speed of the game now, and VAR gives them a safety net which is ruining the game as a spectator sport...
