hello,,i think there is no such thing as over play as long as your fisically active, then play as much as you can ,,but make sure you work on the mental aspects as well ,,plenty of competitions then you will no what needs to be worked on in the practice rounds,,,the competitions wont bet you...

my friend throw is driver up a tree ,he says the club head wouldn't sit flat on the ground when setting up,so the next golf round he had a different club he used that for about 2 months and he couldn't use that either but carried on with it,,,fed up of listening to is complaints about his driver...
