had mine for 10 years or so, no slope function still works a treat. I always work out if its front, middle or back and adjust a few yards + or -. I use it for a lot more than a pin though. distances to carry tree's, bunkers etc. I'd save the money and just hit to the middle of the greens for now.
been playing must be 18 years
had more lessons than I can count, got to be 100's
practice now twice a month if that, plus 9 holes hitting multiple shots into greens, chips etc
2.9
only once, we used to have an issue with teens running onto the course near one of the greens and stealing the ball. quite funny thinking about it now knocking it close to the pin only to see a kid run on and pick up your ball! anyway one member chased some of them off one day with a iron in...
I had an answer back from my club yesterday. It was only two rounds that count as the other 11 are pre WHS. The lowest being a 5 over so the adjustment of -2.0 off that would explain why the sudden drop. thanks all makes sense now.

thanks

any idea why I'd have been...
you can have a great trip to Cornwall with relatively 'cheap' golf. few great courses down here with Enodoc being the standout for me! Trevose also very good. If you stop north Cornwall too then you can also play some in Devon too.
Think its to short for her clearly but the average lady I'm sure its not. Played Sunday and saw a lady going into a par three 150 yards with a driver. nothing wrong with it as long as handicap reflects that. maybe when practicing play the shorter par 5 as a par 4 to get more of national feel...
thanks All that helps, they are pre Jan 2018 so might be getting a few shots again then lol! I'd say I'm more like a 10 handicapper anyway currently.
thanks for the replies.
Wondering if any of you guys can help with my handicap. I stopped playing a good few years ago and recently the bugs back. as my handicap is now inactive and the system has changed since I last played where will I have to start from?
