I'm 47 and been playing just a year, guess i'll be up there too....
Although I did have one of those Arnold Palmer things when I was a kid, so maybe not.
My congrats go to McIlroy who came back well considering he didnt start well again on the first. He's surely the one to watch for the future. This and the Open, is the Tiger losing his domination on the game, is he still the world number one?
Yes, they were great
Seriously, I'm not a Tiger fan but I have watched the whole PGA so far on American TV and I have to say he's been a joy to watch. I just wish my man McIlroy was on better form and the two could play each other, now that would be a game to watch.
Harrington will...
Yes, thats correct. I cannot play at all the other way, Ive tried and Ive had lessons but I just cant hit the ball. However, the way I do play I'm averaging 12 to 14 over par, depending the course. I know I can play better and get an official handicap, I just dont have the time to play regular...
That makes great business sense :D
Ive tried three times on three separate days to buy one and the website has an error and wont process my order. i submitted an email and had no reply. Here's one potential customer lost.
Hi, I play with a left handed grip but use right handed clubs. I understand the principle of holding the clubs for a right handed grip, but what about my left handed grip with my swing in the oposite direction.
Does anyone else play like this?
I use Nike soft, they're fine for me. I hit a few stray shots into the hedges and at the price I pay I am not too concerned if I lose the ball; I actually find more than I lose, which I use to practice with around the local field.
I agree that for a high handicap player like me its continuity...
It has a score card, and you can measure the distance for each club, which is one of the first things I intend to do. I intend to hit 20 or so balls, take out the stray ones that I mess up and then look at the extreme spread of the balls and find the MPI and mark it. Then repeat the exercise a...
Thanks Bobmac, thats perfect. Just purchased a V300 on-line, hopefully it will improve my distance judging and club selection; also as a bit of retail therapy for Villa losing yesterday. Looked on the site and I like a lot of the features, in particular the 'Tracking Your Game' facility, also...
Just logged on to ask the same question about buying a GPS Rangefinder. I like the look of this bad boy but not sure which to buy, the V300 or Auto Play. Any advice?
You're right, we turned that corner many years ago and cant go back now.
From what I saw on AFN last night whilst watching the PGA it has been agreed and baseball and softball were pushed asside to allow the golf and rugby in. Where will they play, a new course (is there time to build one)...
Do any of these gizzmos recommend a club to play for the shot. For example, you enter your club distances when you set the thing up and when you play it recommends a club? I do like the idea of a gps based caddie, just not sure if I am ready for it yet or if I was which one to buy. I would...
