Thought I'd message in this thread instead of making a new one.
I'm looking at getting two putters refurbished by Chris Finch but can't get in contact with him... I know he's a busy man but I'm moving to Canada in 6 months and would obviously like to get them done before then.
Does anyone know...
My club has asked people to keep paying membership with no mention of a refund for time lost and won't commit to anything in writing.
This is a privately owned club with a multi-millionaire owner. I'll be keeping my money... in my pocket, thank you.
Whats to stop three retired people going up everyday one with this membership and two standard... then spreading the drinks and food between the three of them.
This type of membership could get messy and political.
I think he's been made a scapegoat here... they wouldn't of applied the penalty if it was Rose, Mcilroy etc.
They've just wanted to make a statement and he's an easy target.
American golf are good because you can try most of the different manufactures equipment.
Once you like the looks of a driver and hit it good, i would then go to your local golf pro for another fitting and to purchase.
No brand loyalty from me also... Just using what works (not very often though) and was fitted.
