Getting a fitting is never a bad thing, most drivers tests days have similar tech, getting the correct shaft will be key, ex demo like used will normally be ok, I wouldn't just buy what you like cos you like it have a play around with some and get some help from a pro

Planning on mid April no budget as yet but cheap as possible around £800-£1500 would prefer not to travel to far from base but know I might have to taxi for 4 plus equipment, golf standard will be low, high hc hotel, BnB anything is an option above 3 star and yes would like one top class course...

I have them too only worn them twice in dry conditions my v4 elite were not bad at keeping me dry but in heavy rain would laek, have a look at puma their range is just as comfortable and less leaky

I had one of my best rounds of the year on sat followed up by one of my worse in Sunday's medal, think I'll add some elstaplast tape in my bag, 😂
