I started using the oil a week or so ago. I do think it improves my mood and sleep. I havent noticed any other effects. I have rhematoid arthritis which was the main reason for trying it.

I have the Mizuno Impermalite Trousers and Jacket. Both are superb and have decent venting to allow your skin to breath whilst keeping you dry. Like previously said they are more fitted than my old Adidas and Footjoy waterproofs which I prefer.
