Yeah we do Better Ball as well. Means we can all keep our own score but a fun match play element to it. We usually do best of 3 rounds then switch up the teams. We all play off scratch also even though we have a range of between scratch to 18. In better ball i think handicaps are less relevant...

Thanks very much a few decent low 80s round and I got a big drop due to the exceptional score rules. Naturally it came back up but happy where i am now at. Try to get closer to 10 next year!

This happens to me as well, never on the course, only the range. I do the same though and ignore. Although the first wedge shot on the course is always nerve wrecking 😂

Also, trying to play sensible and lay up short of a bunker 170 yards away with a 7 iron, only to hit the best seven iron of your life and end up in the bunker any way, 😂
