Yep, Liverpool can count themselves very fortunate that they are still in the tie....and that should be a penalty.

PSG really should have killed this tie off. Some very good chances not taken. And some of their passing has been outrageously good.

I think a maximum handicap allowance would be better. Maybe scratch a bit low but not much more than that. Maybe 10% of the combined...
